Hotel rates are per room based on a maximum occupancy of two.

We accept all the universally accepted credit cards during the booking process like VISA, Master Card, AMEX & Diner
Are my credit card details necessary when making a reservation?
Yes, to guarantee the reservation.
Will my credit card be charged?
We may block an amount on the credit card, equivalent to 1 night’s room charge to guarantee payment but this block will be automatically released in two weeks if not redeemed. Furthermore, we do not charge without proper authorisation from the guest. However, select packages may require full-prepayment at the time of booking but this will be made known at the time of making the reservation.

Guests can choose to settle the bill in cash or credit card at the time of check-out.
How safe are credit card details that are submitted online?
Our hotel uses SSL secure encryption to ensure that all your personal information and credit card details are kept confidential. The security of information is very important for us.

For added security, guests are requested to present the credit card used in the online booking/purchase of accommodation together with personal identification (ID card or passport) upon check-in.

Should you not wish to submit your credit card information online, we are pleased to accept reservations via fax or phone. However, credit card information will still be required to guarantee the reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation or no-show, the following will apply:
For stays of 1 to 7 nights
If the property is not informed 24-hours or more prior to date of arrival, a charge of one (1) room night’s accommodation will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
For stays of 8 to 14 nights
If the property is not informed 24-hours or more prior to date of arrival, a charge of two (2) room nights accommodation will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
For stays of 15 to 21 nights
If the property is not informed 24-hours or more prior to date of arrival, a charge of three (3) room nights accommodation will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
For stays of 22 nights and more
If the property is not informed 72-hours or more prior to date of arrival, a charge of five (5) room nights accommodation will be levied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
Do you have a pets' policy?
Regrettably, pets are not allowed.

Check-in time is 2.00 pm.

Late check-out is subject to room availability and the charges are as follows:
Check out before 6.00 pm: 50% charge (based on overnight rate)

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Yes, as On8 is a completely non-smoking hotel.
Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
Our Saffron rooms (Premier rooms) provide twin bedding, however, triple and quadruple rooms are not possible.
Do you have inter-connecting rooms?
Yes, we do. The Saffron (Premier Room), a king bedded room connects with another Saffron (Premier Room), which is twin bedded.
Does the hotel provide any extra beds?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide any extra beds. However, an additional person will be charged THB 500 per day and will be provided with an extra pillow, blanket and bathroom amenities. Breakfast is included. A maximum of 1 additional person per room.
What is the hotel's policy regarding children?
There is no charge for child below the age of 12 years sharing a room with parent(s) on existing bedding.
If an extra bed is required, regardless of age, an extra bed charge will be incurred.
Child age 12 years and above are charged the full adult breakfast price of THB 199 net/child/day.
Child between the age of 5 to 11 years are charged an extra breakfast price of THB 100 net/child/day.
Complimentary breakfast for child under 5 years old.
Maximum of 1 child aged under 12 years stay in one room.
Does the hotel provide baby-sitting services?
Regrettably, the hotel does not provide this service.
Are baby cots available?
No, the hotel does not provide baby cots.
Where is breakfast served and at what time?
Breakfast is served at On8 Café which is located on the ground floor, from 6.30am to 10.30am.
How many restaurants do you have and what are they?
The hotel has one restaurant, On8 Café, which serves local and international dishes.
Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurant?
Yes, there are vegetarian dishes to choose from.
Is the food served in the restaurant 'halal'?
Strictly speaking, the food served is not 'halal', however, we have dishes available that are pork free.
Do you have 24-hour room service?
No, the hotel does not provide 24-hour room service, however, room service is available from 6.30 am to 11.30 pm.
Can I bring an extra guest?
Yes, our hotel is guest-friendly. There is no charge for an extra person as long as the maximum number of persons staying in one room is 2.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
Wall-mounted hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms.
Does the hotel provide iron and ironing boards in all rooms?
No it does not, however, iron and ironing boards are available upon request.
How far is the hotel from the airport and do you provide airport transfers?    And if so, what is the cost?
The hotel is a 35-40-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport. Airport transfers are provided upon request at THB 1,200 nett per way for a car and THB 1,600 nett per way for a van.
How much is an airport taxi or limousine?
An airport taxi is approximately THB 400-500 nett per way including toll charges. An airport limousine is approximately THB 1,000 nett per way.
Can luggage be stored at the hotel whilst I travel elsewhere?
Yes, for a maximum of 30 days.
What is the weather like at different times of the year?
Bangkok being a tropical city, weather is warm throughout the year with April and May being especially hot and sticky. June to September are cooler months (24-28c), however, it is the rainy season. The most pleasant time of year is October to February, where temperatures range from 25-28c with light breezes and only the occasional shower.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
No, tap water in Thailand is not potable. Complimentary bottled water is supplied to your rooms daily.
Is there a doctor on call?
Yes, for minor illnesses, otherwise, for urgent matters we recommend guests go to Bumrungrad Hospital which is just 5 minutes away
How far is the nearest hospital?
Bumrungrad Hospital is a 5 minute drive from the hotel.
Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
Exit via the café and Siam Commercial Bank currency exchange booth is two doors along to the right.
What time do banks open?
8.30 am - 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
What voltage is used in Thailand?
The voltage in Thailand is 220 volts.

What kind of internet connection do you provide and what is the cost?

What is the hourly/daily rate for limousine service?
Limousine service rates are as follows:
Daily rate of THB 4,400 (maximum of 11 hours)
Hourly rate of THB 440 (minimum of 2 hours)
Are secretarial and other business services such as translation available?
Secretarial services are available upon request, translation services will need to be sought elsewhere, however our Front Desk will be more than happy to assist.

How far is the hotel from the Skytrain and MRT?
Nana BTS skytrain station is literally at your doorstep with the escalator to the station at the café entrance.  Sukhumvit MRT is one stop to Asok inter-change station by skytrain.
Are there shopping centres nearby?
Within walking distance are the Robinson Department Store and Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, otherwise, the nearest shopping centers (Central Chitlom, Central World, Erawan to name a few) are 2 stops from the Nana BTS Skytrain Station and the Emporium & Enquartier Shopping Center is 2 stops in the other direction.
How far is the hotel from well-known entertainment spots?
The Australian Pub & BBQ, Kiwi Sports Pub & Grill, Levels Club, Manchester United Restaurant & Bar, Old German Beerhouse are not more than a 10 minute walk away.
Do you have a tour desk?
No we do not, however, our Front Desk staff will be more than happy to help you with any queries you may have or assist you with any arrangements you may wish to make.
What and where are local tourist attractions?
Tourist attractions are plentiful, please contact the Front Desk for more information.
What is a half-day city tour and does it cost anything?
A half-day city tour may be included in your package depending on which promotion you have booked. If you have booked a promotion that includes a half-day city tour, the costs are all combined within the package except for admission fees at the tour sites.

These complimentary half-day tours come in 3 variations:
1) A visit to Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn) + a Canal Tour
2) A visit to Wat Po (The Temple of the Reclining Buddha) + a Canal Tour
3) A visit to Wat Phra Kaew (The Temple of the Emerald Buddha) + the Grand Palace

Booking a promotion with a complimentary half-day city tour allows you to choose one of these tour packages for free.
